Mission Statement: After 17 years of experience in the cleaning business, Clean Master has had the opportunity to branch out and offer many options to a wide range of clientele. Not only do we clean for residential customers but we have also extended our services to include office, commercial and construction cleaning. We are a local company but have found the ability to expand and service all of Butte County.

With our experience we have also come to realize that every client has different needs, wants and expectations from his/her house cleaning company. For this reason we provide personalized estimates where we walk through your home or office to get an exact image of what you want from your cleaning. We strive for excellence and perfection. This fundamental approach is the corner stone of our company's employee training and is a philosophy that we live by.
Clean Master is a company thats likes to give back to the community that supports us. We donate locally every year and have helped organizations like Big Brothers Big Sisters, Butte Humane Society, the Birthday Place at Feather River Hospital, the local Sherrif's Dept and many others.
Here at Clean Master we try to promote a family attmosphere. When possible, we try to keep the same teams with the same clients so we can develop that relationship between client and team member. We try to be sure that our cleaning is not an invasion of new and different strangers every time, but a pleasant relaxing time knowing that you will come to a clean home, better than how you left it and having your house in the hands of someone you know and trust.
If you call 7:30am-4:00pm then your call will most likely be answered by Marcella, our Office Manager who has been working with us for 4 years. She has a BA in Spanish and can help with any translating you may need with some of our team members.
Those of you who request a phone call reminder the day before your cleaning have come to know Sonia, our dedicated Office Assistant who has been with us for 2 years. Sonia is also bi-lingual English/Spanish and available to translate.
Other team members include General Manager/Estimator Noah who has been with the company since its conception in 1992 and his wife and Estimator Addis who has also been with us these 17 years.
Our Technitians include Mathias and Felix. Between them they have over 15 years experience with our company.
Our Maids include:
Team 1: Veronica (Team Leader) and Maria Ch.
Team 2: Maria M. (Team Leader) and Maggi.
Team 3: Paola (Team Leader) and Lidia.
Team 4: Martha (Team Leader) and Laura.
These women have been with us anywhere from 10-2 years and are all women that we would and have trusted in our own homes.
We do realize that the majority of people that should have help in their homes cannot afford to do so. This is one of the subjects that we discussed when starting our house cleaning business in 1991. We pledged ourselves to keep the prices as low and "cheap" as possible and still make a comfortable wage. We still adhere to that policy and will always go out of our way to make our house cleaning prices competitive and affordable. We have many coupons circulating including those in the phone books, in Growing Up Chico magazine and here on our website.
